Our terms are as follows:

• Prospect must be referred to the property by the broker/agent as the first contact
• Agent must be present for initial tour
• Prospect must sign a minimum 6 month lease
• Prospect must agree to a minimum of $1000 rent
• Broker receives 30% of the 1st month’s rent for a 12 month lease. *prorated if 6-11 month lease
• Agent must submit invoice and w9 to be paid after resident resides in unit for 30 days with a current account
